Standard Credentialing Pricing
* Initial CAQH Setup - $200
* CAQH Maintenance and Quarterly Attestation - $25 per quarter
* Credentialing and Contracting (Group or Individual) - $175 per Insurance Payer
* NPI Registry Setup (type 1 or 2) - $100
* Recredentialing or Revalidation (required every 3-5 years based on payer requirements) - $115
* Provider/Demographic Changes - $50

Medical Coding and Billing Service Pricing
We get paid based on what YOU get paid!
* Average medical coding and billing fees range from 6.5% - 11% of gross volume collected (does not include retail or cash services)
* Monthly Minimum Invoice applies
